Soon after your share of a community solar farm begins producing energy, you begin receiving solar credits on your monthly Eversource electric bills.
Each credit is applied as a deduction, which helps you save on your electric costs! Though we aim to cover as much of your typical annual electric cost as possible, your monthly credit may not always fully cover what you owe to your utility.
You'll find your community solar credit in the "Electric Account Summary" section of your bill within the "Other Charges or Credits" line - please note this may also include charges or credits unrelated to Solstice. You'll also find your community solar credit in the separate "Other Charges or Credits" section of your bill. In that section, the credit appears in the line named either "AOBC Transfer" or "Net Metering Credit." Both locations are highlighted in the sample bill below.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@solstice.us or 845-853-0768.
