How do I use my Solstice account?

When you first signed up with Solstice, you made an account on our Platform. Your account lets you see your billing history, financial savings, and environmental impact. Your account is also where you can update your payment method if needed. By accessing your Solstice account, you are able to easily experience the multi-faceted benefits of your community solar subscription!

Need help navigating? Here's what to do:

  1. To reach the Solstice Platform, go to https://app.solstice.us/ where you will see the login page pictured below.



  2. Enter the email address and password that you used to sign up. If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot/reset password?” located below the "Login" button. Doing this will allow you to reset your password. Make sure to reset it within 30 minutes! Otherwise, you will need to click this option again.

  3. Once you're logged in, you will be taken to your account dashboard. From the menu, you can choose to see your statement history, property information, and personal information. You can also learn more about referring others and submit a form to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Be sure to check out your environmental impact for supporting clean energy too!

Remember, your online Solstice account is a great resource that will help you to stay informed about your community solar subscription!
