As a Solstice customer, you have the choice to link a variety of different payment methods to your Solstice account. If you choose to enter a bank account as your primary payment method, you will be required to verify this account before billing can take place. This is done to ensure that the checking account information associated with your Solstice subscription is valid and can be used to remit payments.
To verify your payment information, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Solstice Platform by heading to https://app.solstice.us/ where you will see the login page pictured below. If you are unsure how to log in to your account, please refer to our article on navigating your Solstice account.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your account dashboard pictured below.
To navigate to your payment method, click the "Properties" button then select "My Properties" from the dropdown. You will then be directed to your property summary screen. This is where you will see your billing information for your selected property.
You will be directed to your property summary screen and be able to see the payment methods that you have added. If you plan to make Solstice payments through an ACH account, your payment method will be listed as "ACH."

To verify your ACH account, click the “Verify” button displayed underneath your payment method. Clicking on this button will prompt you to list two micro deposit amounts that you will be able to see listed in your bank statement history. The amounts are typically deposited in your bank account within 3 days of adding the payment method to your Solstice account - both amounts are less than $1 each. Please enter both micro-deposit amounts that you see listed on your bank account history. Once you have located and entered these amounts, click the “Verify and Save Bank Info” button.
If the micro deposits that you have entered are accurate, you should see that your account has been successfully verified. If there is an issue with account verification, you will see a verification failure message appear on your screen. If this occurs, please contact us at support@solstice.us or 845-853-0768.
