We may request your utility provider to send information about your energy consumption and electric bill, including but not limited to outstanding balances and bill credit allocations each month and any applicable balance for bill credits rolled over from a prior month.
By signing your Solstice agreement, you authorize us to obtain and share such information during the term of your agreement. Please review our online privacy notice, which is made available to you during enrollment and in your online Solstice account after enrollment. We may update this privacy notice and its location on the website and may provide you with additional privacy notices.
