Can my allocation to the solar farm be changed?

Before subscribing to one of our solar farms, you provided Solstice with a copy of your electricity bill. By providing this information, we determined how many solar panels your household or business should be allocated based on your annual electric usage.

We know that circumstances may change and affect your energy usage, so if you ever want us to reevaluate your allocation, all you need to do is send your most recent utility bill to support@solstice.us and ask us to take a look! If we find that an adjustment should be made, we'll start that process right away.

Please keep in mind that if we adjust your allocation, you may not see this take effect on your utility bill for 2-3 months, as most utility providers only allow Solstice to report changes like this once a month and your utility provider then needs to process the change on their end before it's finalized. If you've already been receiving credits, you'll continue to receive the same amount you have been in the meantime.
