Solstice emails contain important information about your Solstice account, including updates and changes associated with your solar farm and billing cadence. While we do not recommend that you opt-out of communication from Solstice, you can do so by sending a request to support@solstice.us or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of Solstice emails.
Please note that even if you do choose to opt-out of communication, you will continue to receive monthly emails from Solstice containing your invoice information. Solstice invoices will reflect the dollar amount of solar credits shown on your utility bill and the amount that you owe us for those credits at the discounted value. The invoice also provides information on your electrical savings for being a Solstice customer.
